These terms summarize practical expectations for using the Endexia website, checkout, connected services, and local-first appliance.

Endexia provides information about a hardware and software AI appliance for local-first assistance. Site content is provided for general product and purchasing information and may change as the product, availability, and fulfillment process evolve.
Stripe checkout is used for paid reservations and orders. Checkout reserves or orders a unit for limited batch fulfillment. Each unit is reviewed, built, tested, and scheduled after order confirmation, and delivery or setup details are sent after confirmation.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may apply its own checkout, payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and billing terms. Do not submit payment card details through Endexia contact forms or email.
If you connect third-party accounts, tools, cameras, documents, email, calendars, or other services to Endexia, you are responsible for having permission to use those accounts and for managing the access you grant.
Endexia can help draft, summarize, organize, and answer questions, but AI output should be reviewed by the user. You are responsible for decisions, instructions, and actions taken using the product.
Hardware configurations, pricing, features, batch timing, setup options, and availability may change. Endexia may update site content, product details, and these terms as needed.
